None of us can resist these small juicy fruits with their sweet and sour taste. It simply a lustrous moment when were munching berries. There are many variations of berries of which we can choose from. Each of this berries have their own asset that may be a great help for a woman striving for a healthier self. In botanical language, a berry is simply a fruit having seeds and pulp produced from a single ovary; the ovary can be inferior or superior. A Grape for an example is a berry for it was a fruit having seeds and pulp produced from one ovary. In everyday encounters, berries are small edible clump of fruit which is juicy, brightly-colored, and sweet or sour in taste. Many berries found around the world are edible like tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries and more but others are poisonous like the Atropa Belladonna and the fruits of potatoes.

Blueberries. These berries are popular because of their high antioxidant content but at the same time delicious sweet and sour taste. Blueberries have a high Vitamin A content which is helpful in maintaining clear eyesight. It also promotes brain health as it reverses short-term memory loss and prevents the contact to Alzheimer’s disease.
Grapes. Known to us as the wine fruit, grapes have a lot to give us when it come so our health. Depending on the color of the grape that you eat, each has their own set of vitamins and minerals which is unique from other classes of grapes, but, you still get a choke of the essential vitamins regardless of what color of grape you eat. Each has a stock of Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Vitamin B6 and Folate. It is also rich in minerals like Zinc and Potassium which increases immunity and reduces risks of hypertension.
Cranberries. These berries are rich in natural probiotics which support the growth of good bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract that aids in digestion of foods.
