It is highly recommended for you to spend a little more time flossing. A single strand of nylon could affect a woman’s health considerably. Flossing is one of the easiest and most convenient ways of getting rid of bacteria that reside in the hard-to-reach corners of your mouth. Plaque and bacteria often thrive in places your toothbrush could not reach. Oral bacteria could enter the bloodstream and cause you certain health problems. Flossing would take care of that.

It is also suggested that you eat every two to three hours. Whenever you feel hungry, grab a snack to satisfy your growling tummy. If you think keeping away from food for a long time would make you sexier, then think again. Subjecting yourself to hunger may just make you eat more later in the day. Rather than falling to binge eating, it is better to feed yourself every time you feel you must.

You may also want to skip your trip to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. Just make your coffee at home. Not only does this slight alteration in your lifestyle saves a lot of money, it also saves you from perhaps hundreds of calories. Drinking your coffee in a café may just tempt you to buy a slice of cake or a doughnut.

If motivation has been your problem for skipping working out and going to gym, then we have the perfect solution for you. Sleep in your workout or gym clothes and just keep your sports bra nearby. This way, you would not have burden yourself with too much preparation when going to the gym. It is like waking up and readily proceeding to your workout schedule because why not when you are already dressed up for it.

Being happy leads to being healthy. Compliment yourself. Give yourself a pat on the back when you have done a good job. Learn to love yourself and appreciate what you could do. To fight off many psychological problems like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and problems with your body image, the best you could do is love and be amazed by what your body could do. Feel blessed and lucky for what and who you are. However, do not overdo it. There is a fine line between confidence and conceit.

You may also want to have more of classical music during dinner. We have the tendency to go along with the music we listen to. If we listen to fast party or rock music when eating, we tend to east rapidly as well. Putting on some slow music would also make us eat slowly.

Also try to go to bed earlier thus making you wake up earlier the next day. As the traditional saying goes, “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man (or woman) happy, healthy, and wise.”
