- Blueberry-Lime Margarita

To start, prepare the following: two cups of ice, a cup of frozen blueberries, a cup of blueberry nectar, a quarter cup seltzer, two tablespoons of frozen limeade, a tablespoon of lime juice, three ounces of tequila if you want, a lime wedge, and coarse salt.
The process is easy. First, combine into the blender the ice, blueberries, blueberry nectar, seltzer, limeade, lime juice, and tequila if you want to add tequila. Blend until smooth. Rub rim of two glasses with lime wedge and dip in salt. Pour the margarita into the two glasses.

This recipe is good for four servings. Prepare three cups of boiling water, one-third to a half cup of sugar, one and a quarter cups of freshly squeezed lime juice, and six ounces of dark rum.
Combine the boiling water and sugar to taste. Still until the sugar dissolves. Chill. To make the limeade, add the lime juice. Get four tall glasses, add ice, and divide the dark rum into the four glasses. Top with the limeade. For the non-alcoholic version, just remove the rum.

This recipe makes four servings. Prepare five cups of diced watermelon, six ounces of gin, eight tablespoons of lime juice, one and one-third cups of ginger ale, and lime wedges for garnish.
First, freeze a cup of watermelon for garnish. Then puree the remaining watermelon. After that, strain and divide the juice among the four tall glasses. Top each with one a half ounces of gin, two tablespoons of lime juice, and one-third cup of ginger ale. Garnish with frozen watermelon and lime wedges. For those who would not want to have it with alcohol, just remove the gin.

This recipe makes four servings. Prepare a half cup of blueberries, a tablespoon of minced ginger, a tablespoon of sugar, the juice of a half lemon, two cups of blueberry juice, and a half cup of sparkling wine.
Mash blueberries with ginger, sugar and lemon juice. Pour the blueberry juice into a container and let steep for a minimum of five minutes. Strain and divide among four champagne flutes. Top each with sparkling wine.

This good for six servings with about three-fourths cup each. Prepare two and a half cups of fresh or frozen but not thawed strawberries, three tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of lime juice, the cups of ice cubes, and three-fourths cup of coconut-flavored rum like Malibu.
Combine in a blender the strawberries, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Then, add the ice cubes and rum. Blend until frothy. Transfer into a pitcher and serve.
