Now, this does not only apply on your workout efforts, dieting, and working hard to stay fit and healthy. This could also apply on how you deal with work, your stresses, and your relationships. Sometimes, when we feel like giving up, whenever nothing goes right and everything goes wrong, all we could ever need is a random quote said by God-knows-who we found on some website to keep us pushing harder and working better.

I believe that what the mind can conceive, the body can achieve. It may not work out the first time, but there is a reason why the set of numbers is infinity. It just means that you would and must never run out of chances to try and to conquer. At the end of the day, we only call things impossible because they are still not done for the first time. Thousands of years ago, who would have thought that man would set foot on the moon? And today, we even know of someone who played golf on the moon.

If you dreamt of having the body of Angelina Jolie and you quit on your dreams, who says that it is impossible to do so now? As long as you are still alive and capable, you could. It may not be that easy, but if you never cease to try, you would eventually get there.

Whenever you feel like giving up, think about why you started in the first place. Do not give up just yet. You may not see it now but there is always progress. Who knows? You might be a centimetre away from victory the moment you think of quitting. Just do it.

When you dream, do not let those dreams remain dreams. Turn them into reality. And keep time on check. You do not have forever, you know.

Yes, workouts do really boost your mood. But not only that, workouts also boost your health and the quality of your life. So whenever you feel like your workouts do you nothing, it is most likely you just need more workouts.

Failing is unpleasant and it is something we do everything to avoid. But it is an inevitable part of life. Failure, it happens. And failures, they help you learn and they make your better. So whenever you failed doing twenty five sit ups, or got tempted to buy that triple chocolate ice cream, just remember the quote from the movie Meet the Robinsons. “From failing, you learn. From success, not so much.”

Whenever you do not end triumphantly in something you did, do not make excuses but rather use your loss to be a better someone in what you do.
