Squeezing Exercise into Your Busy Schedule

We all know how vital exercise is for every individual. However, women are not simply stuck at home and thinking of nothing but household chores nowadays. Modern women have been very busy with responsibilities not only at home, but also at work and with their relationships. Sometimes, twenty four hours a day never seem enough to fit everything into her timetable. This is why exercise always happens to be among the things crossed off the list. We all know how important it is for the overall wellbeing to remain physically active so we have come up with ways on how to squeeze exercise into our ever busy schedules.

First, we must know what our workout routine would be. We should know what routines we would perform. Should we be running on Monday, biking on Tuesday, and doing aerobics on Wednesday? We should come up with a fixed set of routines and make a list of them. This will keep us guided and on track of our workout plans.

Now that we already have a set of routines in mind, the next thing to do is calculate the time each routine requires. We should make an estimate of the time needed for every routine or we should try to time them whenever we do them to have an idea. It is a vital part since this has something to do with time. Remember that time is the independent variable here.

We should then try to figure out our free time. Are we really busy all throughout the day or are we just saying that we are so busy yet we do nothing important. Maybe we are just sitting in front of the television for an hour or two waiting for our favorite television series. Or perhaps we just spend hours reading books and magazines. Maybe we could try running on the treadmill or jogging in place while watching our much awaited television shows or maybe we should cut the time we spend reading and spend some moving. Yes, reading is a very good and healthy habit for the mind, but our body needs workout as well.

Now that we have found out our free time, we should then put markings on our calendars or planners. Using the information we have gathered after doing the previous steps, we then proceed to making and fixing our schedules. In addition to simply writing down times and activities, you could try adding motivational quotes to keep you encouraged. Also, you may add reminders why you exercise. Or you could also have a set of accomplished physical activities like miles walked or ran or stairs climbed. All these things will keep you motivated.

If you are lucky enough to find a whole day all to yourself and you decide to go to the gym, go at off-peak hours. This will save so much time as you would not have to spend too much time waiting on gym equipments. No more lines and waiting time. All is yours.

There would always be ways on how to fit something important in our ever so busy schedules. If there is a will, there will always be a way.
