Martial arts like taekwondo and aikido, aside from building strong muscles and improving your reaction time, helps you become more patient and helps you keep a cool head. Moreover, they are also a great form of self-defense.
If you are the kind of person who would rather stay home and read books, maybe you would want to purchase audio books and get physically active. Listen to them while taking a walk outside or on your treadmill.
