The solution to irregular monthly period would depend on the cause of irregularity. If you are just experiencing irregular period for about seven months, it’s still nothing to worry about and your body may be able to regularize your flow by itself. Reducing your stress level and proper diet will efficiently work on your period. Though exercise is good for the body, do not over exercise. Give time for your body to recover after workouts.
