Wondering what kind of food those people with hot bodies, flat bellies, and awesome shapes eat? Well, it would vary greatly on their tastes and preferences, of course. But here are some of the foods that we highly suspect those people might be enjoying most of the time because here are some of the foods that keep them is really good shape.

You might really want some Greek yogurt. Not only is Greek yogurt oh-so yummy and tightly packed with all the vitamins and minerals your body would be needing a lot of, it is also a versatile pick. You could eat as a salad dressing, as simply the yogurt itself, and tons more of food ideas. All you need is a little flight of imagination and, viola, your Greek yogurt is good to go.

Another great hit among people with our dream bodies- almonds. Almonds are highly abundant in monounsaturated fat, magnesium, and vitamin E. Watching TV? Reading a book? Grab a handful of almonds for a lovely snack. Nutritious and yummy. That’s exactly what we all need.

Peanut butter is also a celebrity among fit people. Peanut butter is oh-so rich in monounsaturated fat and protein. We just can’t get enough of peanut butter. We love peanut butter. It is a good food as long as we eat only enough and never too much. Moderation is the key.

The yummy, rich, and creamy avocados are also a hit. This heart-friendly food is a must-have.

Of course, oily fishes like salmon would always be on the list. It is so rich in omega-3 that is oh-so good for the heart. It is also a good choice for people who need a lot of proteins. And what’s good to know is that you could serve this fish in a variety of scrumptious recipes. Be creative, sis!

Sweet potatoes get a big yes from our fit people crowd. They are, like the ones mentioned, are filled with essential nutrients the body needs. They are rich in vitamins B and C. They are also rich in fiber which greatly aids in digestion thus keeping your tummy flab-free. It also contains potassium which keeps your blood pressure right under control. Sweet potatoes would always be a good idea whether you would have it as a snack or a side dish for your friend chicken. Yum!

Tired of your lettuce? Why not try quinoa? It is a superfood that would keep you in great shape and in awesome health.

And if you think there is no room for sweets here, well, you are wrong. Dark chocolate makes it to the list! Once you start craving for chocolates, grab a dark chocolate. It is full of nutrients. Do not overeat though. Remember, moderation is the key.

Blueberries are also a great pick. They are filled in antioxidants to keep you safe from all those free radical damages. Blend it with flaxseeds, whey protein, and a tiny bit of agave nectar and you have yourself an oh-so yummy and nutrition-filled post-workout drink.
